By accessing or using FeeScout ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FeeScout provides real-time cryptocurrency gas fee data across multiple blockchain networks via an API and web interface.
3. Subscription Plans
FeeScout offers Free, Hobbyist ($39/month), and Trader ($99/month) plans. Each plan has defined rate limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Square. You may cancel at any time; no partial-month refunds.
4. Fair Use
You agree not to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate rate limits or use the Service for malicious purposes.
5. Data Accuracy
Gas fee data is sourced from third-party blockchain nodes. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or uptime. Use data at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
FeeScout is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for financial losses from reliance on gas fee data.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
